Backed by Russian partners/contractors Rosaviakosmos, RSC Energia, TsSKB-Progress, and KBOM, APSC will field the AURORA space launch vehicle for use in both the GEO and LEO launch marketplaces.

Russian Aviation and Space Agency
The Russian Aviation and Space Agency (Rosaviakosmos) is the leading Russian Government agency responsible for space activities including international space programs. The agency is the overall prime contractor for the venture and chief coordinator for Russian companies involved in the project.

RSC Energia
As the prime technical contractor and co-contractor for the project, Energia will also develop the third and upper stages used for the AURORA. Energia's track record includes involvement in all major Russian space projects as well as the design and operation of launch vehicles, spacecraft, and interplanetary space stations.

Samara Central Specialized Design Bureau and Progress Plant (TsSKB-Progress)
The Samara-based Progress plant is renowned for producing the Soyuz family of launchers - the mainstay of the Russian civil space program, including manned missions to space. TsSKB-Progress will be responsible for the production of the first two stages and payload fairing of the AURORA launch vehicle.

Design Bureau of General Machine Building
Russia's major designer of ground facilities, KBOM is responsible for design of facilities now in use at the Baikonur and Plesetsk Cosmodromes. The bureau will provide a full range of services as part of the venture to facilitate safe and timely launches.

Gutteridge Haskins & Davey
GHD is an international company providing leadership in engineering, environmental, planning and building design services. The company is one of Australia's largest consulting firms and supports efforts throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. GHD's principle role in the APSC project involves the creation of the Space Centre facility master plan. The plan, developed in collaboration with the Russian contractors, is being used to initiate the construction program.

SAAB Ericsson Space AB
SAAB Ericsson Space AB, of Sweden, is the leading supplier of mechanical adapter and payload separation systems for expendable space launch systems. With a 100% success record of over 250 in-flight uses of SAAB separation hardwave, SAAB is participating with APSC in the design of payload adapter and separation systems for the AURORA launch system.
